  • 9:00 - 9:45am - 7th & 8th

Elk River Schedule

Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • 9:15 - 10am 4th - 6th Grade
  • 10:00 - 10:45am 4th - 6th Grade

At FitClub FORCE, we conduct regular progress evaluations to track your child's development. These assessments include:

- Cone Drill Agility
- Speed Ladder Proficiency
- Vertical Jump Height
